Efficient series injection moulding with the newest DEMAG Systec
With our new audited business area "series injection moulding", we do not only offer small-scale production of plastic injection moulding parts, but also large production batches. As mould validation is
also performed, the requirements regarding flexibility are particularly high in the plant.
With our new DEMAG Systec 100-430 we have chosen a state-of-the-art injection moulding machine.
The machine is equipped with a fully-hydraulic lock system and a highly energy-efficient DFEE
central drive. The speed of production is high, the very modern controls are intuitive and the
set-up time is short. That is why this system stands the test in the production area, even after
just a short while.
Again two high-performance manufacturing units with cutting-edge technology
Dynamic machine planning already in the concept phase, achieved by combining standardised working procedures with high flexibility; this is how we react proactively to our customers' increasingly demanding
requirements in regard to delivery dates and costs. With two new high-performance machines we now gain even more efficiency and additional resources.

with workpiece changer, 27 tool positions and traverse x / y / z up to 900/695/510 mm.
With this system, we move another step towards an industrial scale production.
New, high-precision wire erosion system
MITSUBISHI FA 40
designed for workpieces up to 3 tonnes, especially suitable for high parts, traverse
x / y / z up to 1000/800/400 mm. Due to the fast wire threading and the retractable
flap of the working tanks, we achieve very short setup times – the throughput times
are therefore already doubly shortened.

For Seton, a manufacturer of high-quality automotive parts for car interiors, our model designer has now developed special gauges, which significantly optimise the precise fitting of tailored leather applications. Thus, for example, visible seams can be positioned easily and precisely on car dashboards.
